Thermostable RNase H，耐熱RNase H，是一種在較高溫度 (65℃以上)時仍然保持活性的核糖核酸內切酶(endoribonuclease)。 Thermostable RNase H 可以選擇性識別并酶切RNA:DNA雜合雙鏈 中的RNA鏈，同時雜合雙鏈中的DNA會保持完整。Thermostable RNase H不會降解單鏈或雙鏈的RNA或DNA。
